In the meantime I have been sporting several times a week with Martijn and his colleagues for over 5 years. Always in the open air, in any weather. The training sessions are always challenging, never the same, varied (boot camp, fender training, kettelbell) and therefore always exhausting. Good attention is paid to the physical condition of each individual. Martijn pays close attention to correct execution of the exercises to prevent injuries. He does this in his own, not always gentle way (rather direct !!!!!) way. It is always hilarious, though! In addition to the physical challenge, social activity is very important to me: we always exercise with a fun group of people of all ages and backgrounds, which stimulates enormously! There is a lot of laughter during the training sessions. Every week we also drink a cup of tea together afterwards. Martijn and Natascha each individually help to achieve individual goals, while also focusing on nutrition, lifestyle and the right training. In recent years, people have sometimes worked with nutrition programs and workshops on healthy food and detox treatments (without juice !!!). Although it is a challenge to go to the training, especially in cold, wind and rain, the reward of the energetic feeling afterwards is always a big incentive. In the summer, exercising in the sun in the dunes is really beneficial (except for the burpees!). I will stay fit!

Together with my daughter, I started training at PIH a year and a half ago because I wanted to do some more strength training in addition to running. I prefer to train outside in the open air and find the winter training sessions in Cabrio ideal, outside but still covered and as soon as the weather is nice in the dunes. The trainings are varied and the atmosphere is very pleasant with always a nice group of people. What I also like is that a strip card is used, among other things, and that you can indicate via an app whether or not you are coming to train, which day and what kind of training you decide.

In the meantime I have been training with Partners in Health for a couple of years with great pleasure. Each training is different in the composition of the group and the composition also differs somewhat with the nature of the training. For example, trail run, boot camp, circuit or kettlebell training. But regardless of who there is and what we do, the training is always fun and challenging. Highly recommended.
