Trainers quality is top. Atmosphere also very nice. In the lessons, different options are given for the exercises so that you can do what you can. So is really suitable for all athletes from slightly less experienced to advanced. Only drawback are facilities around the sport, there is no good dressing room or showers. However, fun activities are also organized!
