Super enthusiastic yoga teacher who gives great lessons for young and old. Many different types of yoga are given, so there is an option for everyone.

Getting a yoga class at Lean Westerveld is a gift every time. I am in a group with physical limitations, such as back problems, etc. So we do a lot in the chair. But we also practice outside the chair. She makes sure you go home completely relaxed and happy. I recommend it to everyone. Jannie Krijnen

I can really be myself at yoga and find peace. For people who consider going to yoga, come and have a look I think you're surprised love it and give it a rest! ; )

Lean is a great yoga teacher and a warm personality that makes you feel at ease quickly. She is genuinely interested and I enjoy following the lessons. Love, Bea.
