Practice seems to forget that the customer, often children, are king. Very customer (child) unfriendly approach, no empathy for the interests of the child. Usually financial or own (read want to be ready quickly) interest that is put first

Good experience, problems with the payments was well solved by the staff. Often busy but was well taken care of.

Very friendly staff. My son (and now also my daughter) has had braces here. The staff was always very clear and helpful and my child is already out of the braces and the result is very good. So fast and good!
