The & JOY studio is a beautiful, atmospheric, relaxing place above a cowshed on the beautiful grounds of Het Derde Erf.
Every Wednesday morning I participate in the Yin Yoga class of Sam. She teaches with her knowledge and care what makes it a blessing for body and soul. An hour and fifteen minutes from the head and in the body, in which it is about recognizing your limits and breathing in the softness and space.
As the name says 'enJOY': enjoying is what you do here. It is a wonderful place with a casual and open atmosphere. Sam is a very expert yoga teacher and immediately puts you at ease. In addition to yoga, other activities are organized here (for example workshops) that match that feeling of enjoyment!
The location and the people are full of delicious energy, super nice to be there!
