Worst haircut for 19eur :D horible
What a bad service! I have asked a lot of people for an opinion and they all agree with me. Been yesterday to cut, skewing is an understatement! And according to the owner it is because I did not let it dry, today I have it cut for a second attempt by the owner herself, but still not straight and snacks between the top and bottom layer. And then indicate that she did a perfect job and doesn't know how I comb them. My confidence is completely gone! Threw away € 23.50 and messed up my hair. I can come again, but they refuse to return the money. Therefore, be man enough to admit your mistakes and return the money if you have not been able to fulfill your service! If your customer is in tears, and is anything but happy, you would still want to do everything to solve it. The only solution is to have it cut a third time, is it really so crazy that my confidence is gone after that 2 times.
