Appointment did not go entirely as expected. There would be a call when they could come, but they were at the door without notice. The activities that had to be done had not completely got through to the person performing the work, so that not everything could be done (too busy). Price was quite high for what was done. Operator was otherwise a nice guy, but next time I'll try another company.
Great company. Everything is resolved, people very friendly
Sent an email last Sunday. An immediate response on Monday morning. Made an appointment by phone for Wednesday. Tuesday evening I received a call that they will arrive between 11am and 1pm. On the day itself I was called 20 minutes in advance. Problem was quickly resolved.
Excellent company with excellent service.
Not recommended. Came along for a blockage. Unsuccessful things went away again, because the blockage could not be removed. There would be too many bends in the drain. But just pay the full amount in cash. Called another company and they already arranged it in half an hour / 45 minutes. Not very skilled and certainly not recommended.
Update regarding reaction Houben
It is a new toilet that was renovated in 2020, so is not in a bad condition. In addition, the camera has not been used. Only a device with an unclogging spring has been used.
Friendly contact with clear explanation. Very quick arrival. Expert sewage problem solved and well tested. A reasonable price, you can't start for this yourself. Top company !!
