A good way to work on your health in limited time by (20 minutes) training very intensively thanks to "vest" that activates all relevant muscle groups. The guidance is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Each session is for a maximum of 2 people, always with a supervisor present. (You can't do anything else, but you have to experience that for yourself.) I like the small set-up (only 2 places, but with almost individual guidance). Scheduling appointments is going great with their app. Every now and then they have a trial offer through Social Deal. Definitely give it a try! (I got stuck ...)
