I started 4 months ago at Yoga Studio Limburg, have doubted for a long time to follow yoga classes as a man! In retrospect, I think I'd started earlier! Such a nice and loving people, and if the ff does not quite succeed with an exercise you will be helped immediately! So very worth it!
I have been studying at Kirsten for almost 2 years now and am always looking forward to my hour of yoga. Every lesson is a mix of exercises and a bit of meditation, good for both body and mind. For me the ideal combination. There is a relaxed atmosphere, where everyone feels free and safe. After the lesson there is always a nice after-sitting with tea, also not unimportant.
Relaxed, nice, professional .. that corresponds to the lessons I follow at Yoga Studio Limburg. Rejoice every week at "my" yoga moment. Top teacher Kirsten!
I follow yoga classes from Yoga Studio Limburg from the beginning. The lessons are well structured, good explanation of the exercises, relaxed atmosphere, a lot of personal attention.
