Good, friendly service!
The owners switched! The Old owners were a grumpy bunch of boomers. These new ladies are young and will probably turn the place into something nice.
Worst customer service I have ever seen in the Netherlands, if you arrive 15 minutes before closing they complain that you are too late and don't want to help you send a package. Then when they finally agree after arguing for 5 minutes they won't even provide you with a piece of duct tape to seal the package, instead you have to buy one for 2 euros... What a poor and petty service, if I could give -100 stars I would. Extremely horrible customer service.
