Holland & Barrett

Today I visited the Holland & Barret location on Muntstraat in Maastricht. I was looking for tailor-made advice about a multi-vitamin, so I thought it would be nice to pay a visit to the Holland & Barret, because I am usually always well advised. Upon entering a completely empty shop I was unfortunately not greeted by the sales employee who was at the checkout. After making a round in the store, I walked her direction to ask for her help. While chewing on food, she nodded, I said "oh sorry I'll wait a minute" again a nod of movement that indicated that I could ask my question. I indicated to be looking for a good multi vitamin, she said we have one of our own brand this. I indicated that I already had this. They do not answer this and kept their eyes on the products. After a short silence, she looked at me and I said thank you. And left the store. She wasn't surprised and walked back with the garbage bag she was holding while advising. Then I went to the Kruidvat, while I thought I would get good advice from Holland & Barret and this did not get the ladies from Kruidvat surprised me with good advice from the drugstore within the team. Very unfortunate because you expect a good advice plus good service in a store where the focus is largely on supplements. I hope this lady finds her passion for the profession quickly and this is not at the expense of the good name of the case!

Despite the fact that I live shorter at one of your other branches, the Muntstraat has just that more pleasant atmosphere and nice staff, so I always walk in there. Keep it like that!
