Having been a regular customer a few times before I was satisfied. Asked for a new appointment and then the price has suddenly become much higher despite having been there 4 times. He called me up and excited because I asked to do it again for the same amount. Then the answer was you always want to haggle or cheaper price ... I think what do we get ??? You have never made an issue of price. And now suddenly from you about an (agreed price)? That is not fair and tidy of you that you should have indicated earlier. Too bad I'm disappointed in you.

Customer-unfriendly approach to us. Maybe because it was a social deal. Therefore make little use of social deals. First of all, we were not expected with 2 cars. Fortunately, we can demonstrate this by email. Second, I offered the vouchers but he didn't take them. Then I received an unfriendly email that I hadn't returned the vouchers. Just brought them in between work. To get rid of the company. Third, he indicated that it was not normal for him to need an hour, normally. It only took half an hour. Would have liked to take pictures of the car. Was recently in the car wash and there are hardly ever.other people in the car. Had taken all the stuff out of the car. Never want to go back to this company again because of the approach. Too bad because they have cleaned the car well. Otherwise, would have gone there without a social deal.

Unfortunately not a good experience. My car was not really clean, rims were still dirty, the trunk was not closed properly after vacuuming so that water came in, I could sit in the workshop on a chair, coffee was offered but two employees started two meters away grinding a metal rack apart and that made a lot of noise. Not interested in going back and definitely not recommended. Casually I was asked to come back but then no longer with a voucher.

Was done very well, very professional work - unfortunately it took a very long time different than expected But if you have the time, it's great

Very unfriendly. Not understandable. Have no command of the Dutch language. Didn't help me because the car was too dirty in their eyes. Could leave immediately despite payment. Brought this news in a very annoying way totally non-customer oriented. Very casual attitude. Very unprofessional. Definitely not recommended.
