Nice and cozy place to have a quick bite when leaving or entering the tunnels
One of the best views onto the river, with a nice seeing area and drinks. However, 6.75 € for a piece of cheese cake is a bit much, especially since the slices are tiny and dry. I would not complain if it was a big juicy chunk of cake for that price - but it was real bad and expensive.
Classic place for enjoying a good cup of coffee or tea with some typical "vlaai" (pastry with mostly fruit and or pudding).
They have a beautiful view.
The staff was friendly, fast and helpful.
Unfortunately we celebrated the end of a the life of a beautiful person, but it couldn't have been more appropriate to have this celebration here. They took well care of us, as are friend, which passed away too early, would have done himself.
It's a wonderful casual to semi-casual place for lunch & breakfast with super view of the Maas in the woodsy area above.
Nice location for your parties or events.
