I bought a fridge here for they told me they will bring it to my home and install it. They brought it home, but just till the entrance. When the workers saw that they have to move the fridge upstairs, just one floor, they told me that the fridge will not fit while lifting it upstairs, so they gave me two options: returning the fridge or keeping it and try to lift it myself.
What happened next can only be a miracle, because me and my friend lifted it and the fridge is now home and working.
I feel I've been mistreated and the attitude of the workers has been dishonest.
Just in the supermarket behind Weerts:
The driver had put the car on the pedestrian crossing to get sandwiches “quickly”.
He took them out of the bins with his bare hands, after which a customer indicated that they found them unhygienic. Here reacted very bluntly to “that he only took what he needed”.
If in this time the drivers deal with hygiene like this, you should think about whether you want to order something from Weerts, let alone deliver it at home.
Was in the shop for a gas hob it was said they didn't have it despite colleague saying they could order it a week in advance The seller didn't bother looking on the internet when I said a colleague in the country gave him had. The seller walked away. The boss who stood up a few meters further did nothing about the situation. I then went to the opposite case and was kindly helped there and could still buy my gas hob. I had been a customer of Weerts for thirty years now, so now at Beckers
