Some of the worst service ever experienced.
Ordered a cheap led light. Arrived broken. Shipped back and paid 10 euros extra to ship back. Received an email that the product is exchanged. Received the same broken product back. Complained again, got a response that they don't refund the transport costs. How about the broken lamp you resent back to me? No response. It's been 2 months now. Don't buy from Kamera Express. Cheat Express!
I went in for a quick look at the products that were available. There are no cameras you can try out before making a purchase, which I found quite strange. Apart from that, not all products that are visible on the website may be available at the shop. They did have a nice collection of camera bags, including peak design. And dji drones as well. Overall it's a decent shop. Bonus points for English.
Fabulous quick service and not expensive. Also a huge shop with lots of stock, which is admirable these days.....
I went to the store and got my pictures taken to renew my German passport. I didn't need an appointment and I was out of the store in literally 5 minutes. They were friendly and super competent, can only recommend it!!
