Now everything has been resolved to full satisfaction. And that in a fairly short period of time. Our experience is therefore very bad and we certainly cannot and will not recommend Bessems to anyone.

Mr. Bessems made an accumulation of mistakes when purchasing our holiday home and withheld important information. He sold us a property through his website as well as a private deed as being full ownership. Later it turned out that the house was under leasehold. A week after he informed us of this, we were informed that the conservatory was not licensed because the conservatory was too close to the boundary. He then withheld the remainder of the building violations from this permit. He simply made us believe that we could shorten the greenhouse to still be eligible for a permit. That is why we agreed to compensation from the seller and that is how a new agreement came about. Mr. Bessems has withheld part of his obligation to disclose. Shortly after the new conclusion of the sale, he sent the ground for refusal of the town planning permit from the municipality of Lanaken. This showed that not only the boundary of the yard had been violated, but the color of the conservatory had also been rejected. Following the above-mentioned review at the end of 2017, Mr Bessems has threatened twice in recent periods with legal proceedings to get this review from Google. Mr Bessems likes to share praising Funda reviews via social media. Funda he has the ability to withhold poorly rated reviews. This is not possible via Google, so that is why only favorable reviews checked by Bessems are available on Funda. Today I saw Mr Bessems and he once again tried to get this Google review off the internet, although he promises us golden mountains, this review remains online due to the public interest. Update October 9, 2019! After more than 2 years, Mr. Bessems responded to his review, now that other options do not work to get this review off the internet. Even now he is not telling the truth, no initiatives have been taken by him and his employees to come to decent solutions, he has only compensated the seller for its damage. Shame on you Mr. Bessems.
