Another leak due to storm damage and Haine BV has come to the rescue once again! Fast and efficient with courteous, tidy and competent skilled craftsmen. Have used this company several times in the past and can highly recommend it. Good value for money too. An 11 out of 10 from me!

Looking out! This may seem like a trusted company, but to individuals it is not at all - if you don't understand it, you will be fooled. Always request a quote from another company first! I agreed to a tender of 3,200 euros for cladding the sides of two dormer windows. A high scaffolding would be placed in front of and behind the house. It would happen in three weeks. However, nothing happened. Called many times. Would keep getting called back but it never happened. After three months I indicated that I was going to look for someone else. Then suddenly time and a few days later it was ready. To my great surprise, no scaffolding was set up, but people went straight onto the roof from the attic window. It was ready in two half days. Worked for 10 hours, including workshop, and processed 3 square meters of zinc. So the job was done for less than half the price. I indicated that, in my opinion, something could be off the agreed price, now that no proposition was used, but was told that I had agreed with the offer. I went so far as to settle for a 400 euro discount, but five days after I received the bill, I already received a writ of execution from their lawyer. I think they outsource a lot of work for private individuals to freelancers and take the top prize themselves.

I am satisfied with the work done by the company haine. Roof gutter repaired and new lead to renew chimney!

They still owe me money because the services were not performed or incorrectly declared. It borders on fraudulent ... Basically all empty promises and you will be delayed. Usually nobody can be reached by telephone or e-mail. The quality is unfortunately not good enough for the price either ... As a private customer I can only advise against this company, it will only take years of your life ...

We had an appointment with the roof & zinc company Haine on Monday 4 November. Had a good conversation with positive expectations. The offer was promised a week later. Two months, patience, and many phone calls further, we still have not received anything, very unfortunate but especially unprofessional. We hope that you will be more responsible with your customers in the future.
