Kooistra dakwerken

Kooistra has done an excellent job. Came to have a look, took pictures, explained what was going on and even advised on someone who can fix our hangings. Quotation fine, then nice work done by sympathetic roofers.

Respond to my call within a day and on site within one week to replace a part of the flat roof. Very satisfied with the end result and the method.

Unfortunately I was never allowed to receive a quote again. A waste of your time...

Quotation requested for complete roof renovation. They came to have a look and would send a quote, never heard from again. Do not respond to mail or telephone.

Chaos at its best !! Just an anthology of our experiences with Kooistra: the gentlemen were working in the street when we started MARCH, so we asked if they could come and have a look. Soon someone was on the spot to inspect our roof. So far, great! Then it started: -we received the quotation a few days later (it shouldn't actually have that name), but it turned out to be from another house. - the next quotation we received was incorrect, because it was simply copied from another house on our street (one would have to build a scaffolding at the front + driveway house at € 175 per scaffold, while we do not have a driveway). -On March 20, after insistence, received a customized quote that should be a little more detailed ... but not really. -On 25 MARCH we received an email after calling twice that the work would start within 2 to 3 weeks. - also called several times, because from their side you hear nothing at all, with the question when they could start with the work, on which we always heard fallacies: unexpected repairs, employee dismissed ... but they just happened to be on the point to Email us because they would start APRIL 20 with our neighbors, and then start with us at the same time .... They did indeed start on the other side, and in the meantime the jetty had been demolished, so we assumed that they would start with us. Unfortunately, again we were disappointed! - My wife called Kooistra for the 6th time, after which she was told that they would come again about 2 weeks later. When I got home I listened to my wife's conversation, and I called again, because the time was really full for me. The response we received was such that we listened to the roar of Kooistra with open mouths. I just wanted to tell my story, but just couldn't intervene, because sir was also annoyed. We had to cancel the order, and we had no patience, and why I called because my wife had just called ... and that went on! The recorded conversation goes in my archive under the heading; astonishing! What an experience! Think carefully before you start working with "company". Administration and communication to the customer is nil. Agreements are simply not fulfilled without giving a reason. Quotations are brief and often incorrect. In short; they just do something! I cannot judge the quality, because they never got around to that! Oh yes, before this name wouldn't appear in your files either; most people use an alias on the internet !! Our roof has now been professionally repaired by another company, which incidentally adhered to the agreements very well, within the foreseeable future, and at a more favorable price !!
