Terrible company terrible service. Booked days before ....no driver when I arrived at Düsseldorf airport. Driver advised he was running 20 mins late (unacceptable already). Then, after 40 mins he told me to get a taxi. There is no office or person to find a resolution. This company is not fit to run this service. Avoid.

After a price appointment they have picked us up nicely. After half paid we expected to be picked up again. However, there was never a taxi back, and after calling we were fobbed with the fact that we had to arrange another taxi at 3.00 a night.
