I have been with this practice for quite some time, but when I came here last week for my annual check-up, it was full. I have never really been satisfied with this practice, but after the last time I am completely done with it. The dentist proceeded roughly while I reported that I was anxious. An anesthetic syringe was pressed into my mouth, even with the removal of the tartar, which first went with an electrical device, I asked the assistant if this was also allowed with a hook. After a lot of sighing and also saying that it takes a lot more effort for me and takes much longer. I don't think it's a friendly practice and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Will be honest, Should give everyone here 3 stars but if they have that nauseous guy Lauber with the title dentist walking, this practice is no longer worth a star. In the 55 years that I have been at the dentist, I have never been spoken to in such a doggy way as by this guy .. And I have never seen a dentist hear his student dental assistant in such a mangy and unclear way to say what to do. This guy cannot say in a normal and clear way what you or the student assistant should do. If this guy wants you or his student assistant to do something, he just gives up a hard and clear loud tone and word that has to do with what he means with what needs to be done. And if you don't do what he wants fast enough, he will repeat the word over and over and over, clearly irritated tone, loud loud and clear tone and he often does that until you realize what he means. Skilled dentists. Pleasant people who take the time to explain everything well. Very punctual reception. In short: a top practice!

It was actually annoying enough that on Christmas Day you have so much toothache that you are forced to use a dentist on duty who you do not know. This happened to my mother who was visiting me. 70+ and for the first time real toothache. There was no response at all to the first 2 phone calls to the dentist on duty, only to the third we were told that we could drop by that afternoon at Mr. Lauber in Winschoten. Upon arrival we apologized that we had to disturb him at Christmas but received no response. Take a picture first. My mother was put in position in a crusty way. Then directed to the treatment room to discuss the photo and further investigation. An inflammation was idd visible on the photo (half of my mother's face was completely swollen so that was no surprise). "But no dentist it is top right and not bottom right!" A hard-handed investigation follows in which my mother cringes a few times in pain and her hand is wiped away just a little too hard if she wants to point something out. The dentist soon finished his diagnosis and judgment about my mother's dentist. The tooth has been a problem for much longer (??) and will have to be removed. But not because of him, he would first prescribe a prescription for antibiotics. My question about antibiotics was not appreciated, other questions and comments were curt and even rude and hostile. The request for pain relief was initially ignored. My astonishment at the state of affairs had slowly turned into anger, but I did my very best to keep my mouth shut as much as possible until my mother was no longer vulnerable in the chair. My dear mother kept her mouth shut until the last moment, but then the dentist granted a reflection that she thought he was very "short" in his dealings. The dentist was silent for a moment and then responded affirmatively: "That is not true". The Caspian site states that they strive for dental care without fear. I am sure this will not work with this dentist.

The practice owner is just a good sweet dentist, 2 years ago I never experienced any problems while I was helped by another dentist. And even today everything is neat and competent. My fear of the dentist is almost completely gone because of this practice! I cannot agree with the bad revieuws described here.
