Never ever found such a quick and high quality professional. Gerda is the best makelaar you can deal with. In one week we did everything! As well great recommendations regarding notaris and all the things you need to buy a house.

Gerda is committed, thorough and knowledgeable. She knows how to use her extensive network well, she also referred us to a mortgage adviser. She shared her insider knowledge about houses that would come up for sale with us several times, so that we could already drive by to have a look at the neighborhood. Gerda is also well aware of developments in neighborhoods where she is less well known. Gerda not only actively searched for homes for us, she also knew how to encourage us to do the same. With success, because within 3 months we were able to purchase a beautiful starter home. When we indicated that we had a lot of interest in the house, Gerda immediately arranged for her to visit and requested a lot of extra information from the selling broker. In advising on the offer, Gerda carefully considered our situation and market developments. She advised us clearly and at the same time left us free in our choice. After our offer was accepted, Gerda took a lot of work off our hands, so that we could focus on the interior. We did not have to think about the appraisal, the inspection or what should be looked at upon delivery. In short: Gerda has good insight into the market and knows how to advise well, both about the houses and about the offer and associated conditions

Wat was het fijn zaken doen met Gerda! Ons huis was binnen no time verkocht. Alles werd tot in de puntjes geregeld. Ook met het aankopen van ons nieuwe huis zijn we goed en professioneel begeleid en verliep alles perfect!

With Gerda as a real estate agent, selling or buying a house is really a piece of cake. Due to the good communication and especially the good accessibility, it is very nice to work with Gerda and of course Huub. Together they take care of "the extra mile" and they aim to provide the best service for you.
