Friendly service. Burgers weren't great. Fries were delicious. We also got bread - 2 of the spreads were tasty, the others less so. I would go back for the friendly staff, but not necessarily for the food...

Ordered for the 2nd time, 1st time the "crispy" chicken cutlets were so soft it just wasn't tasty anymore. Got appropriate solution for it but didn't use it ... Ordered these round spare ribs hoping it would be better. Fries cold, Salad that I paid extra for (the side-dish variant) was also missing in the order. Spare ribs were really "Fat," ... Soy sauce spare ribs almost tasteless, the smokey bbq was still reasonably doable .... No thanks my confidence is gone here ... Do order elsewhere because with the prices they charge, I would rather support another company at this time!

Tonight for the 3rd and last time the Bears for us. The 1st time was a disaster, I called them then, the 2nd time was ALMOST everything right, they called again for the missing dishes and now we have just decided after the 3rd time that unfortunately we will no longer order the Bears. I didn't call them this time either, so now just a review about our experience. We had ordered at 3.30 pm, despite that the food was delivered half an hour late. Normally we never have it delivered and we pick it up but now went on the luxury tour 🤣 I had a chicken satay menu with 3 skewers of satay and a cecaer salad: 1 cherry tomato, NO bacon and NO chicken, what I ate was a handful of arugula, 1 egg and some romaine lettuce, so it didn't taste the best, and that for € 7.50 while it says on the website that it would contain chicken and bacon! Our daughter's chicken schnitzel was uncut, rock hard and very dry, and threw it away, only let her eat some cold fries and applesauce. Hubby had a bowl of grilled vegetables with his 5 skewers pork tenderloin satay menu. These were definitely not the grilled vegetables we know, don't know what was done with this 🤔 Fries portion with the menus was sparse, the chips were also cold. I often have wide eyes and a lot remains. Now I've eaten everything, plus I'm still hungry! That never happens to me 🙄 Pity!
