All nice reviews here, but if the site says that a technician is on the doorstep within 24 hours in the event of a leak, that seems nice, but they cannot even call you back within 24 hours to make an appointment. And if you call them yourself again and point them to this, they clearly cannot tolerate criticism and this offers no hope for a fruitful appointment. I was given the choice: Do you want to indicate that we need to change the site or do you want to make an appointment? Well, no not in this way. Chats do not fill any gaps, so neither does this one. I will take the good reviews here as a hefty grain of salt.

Very unprofessional. Employees are simply on your roof for the agreed time. Accounts are not transparent and raise questions. Appointments are not kept. It is a great pity that this is going on. The management is also very self-righteous and the credo 'the customer is king' is very hard to find with this company. Criticism is a difficult point for them! Be warned... Another interesting point is that (one of) the owners also promote the company. concerns the review of Frank van Bruggen. Is also not pure of course ...

Great case with enough choice. Downside that during considerable crowds only 1 cash register was open.
