I have a bad experience with this broker and therefore I share my experiences below including some context: Rozeboom has sold a building plot in Barneveld to us on behalf of the seller. This process took almost half a year because it was always waiting for Anton. He does not give his mobile number, so you can only leave callback requests. Sometimes responses were only received after a few days. The various emails I sent to him were never answered. Of course he is employed by the seller, but we found this contact to be very unfriendly. Anton did not want to mention a target price, but did laugh at our purchase broker and turned it down after our opening bid. After we made a new offer, he indicated that we could "sit around the table" based on this offer. The next morning, however, he indicated that there was still a significant amount to be added and we had to delete our conditions, otherwise there would be no point in talking. When we had indicated through our purchase broker that we thought this was a strange way of working, Anton did not respond to our calls and emails for three days. When our buying broker got back in touch, he was extremely unfriendly and received the response, "I don't have to." After we have thought for a few weeks whether we should continue with this, we have made a proposal that was very close to the asking price (which was suddenly there at the time) and we have waived our conditions. After a few days, we received congratulations from our broker and the statement that the seller accepted our proposal. They would go on vacation for a week the next day and then send Anton the purchase contract. We were very happy and told our children, friends and family of the plans we had and approved the architect for drawing our dream house. A week and a half later there was still no news from Anton and our buying agent has contacted himself. A day later, Anton called back saying that he wanted to make an appointment with the sellers and us on location and that he intended to get out with us. We were also informed that another buyer had reported. We were dumbstruck just like our buying broker. How could this be unclear? Our buying broker would never congratulate us if he wasn't quite sure we had a deal. Anyway, the seller was uncomfortable with the situation and ended up adding water to the wine we agreed to. To this day, Anton has opposed everything for us. He refuses to give promised information to us so we had to arrange this through the sellers and other channels. In my experience, he has not sufficiently served the interests of seller and buyer. In his own words, his real estate agency mainly does the "problem cases" and is proud of the way he has been doing this for years. Anton is known differently from the people we told about our experiences ... Finally, the Rozeboom website literally says "Honest, personal and with results". Unfortunately, we were only able to experience the latter and we had to pull hard ourselves. In addition, I have learned to be careful with people who say this about themselves. Update: When I posted this review, I received a message from a lawyer a day later that Anton would recover the damage from this post from me and I had to remove it within three days. My Facebook profile was also blocked and the review function on Rozeboom's Facebook page was disabled. However, I don't feel like I am doing anything wrong. After all, all events mentioned are based on truth and can be verified by several people. I understand that you would prefer only 5 stars and positive experiences on your page but this is an experience that is completely truthful and therefore legitimate.

This man saved me miskopen. I am very pleased that I asked him as a purchase broker. If the housing market collapses again and I still want to buy a house I will definitely use its professional services. I can recommend it to anyone. Very good skilled broker.
