Ronald and Alex both have very bad communication skills with a customer! They dont pick up the phones,do not answer what's app or email,when you get finally answer,answer doesn't mean anything.They talk unfriendly.The day before dakkapel has to be installed,he calls and asks questions as if we didnt give him any information.

The gentlemen have done an excellent job for a good price within a short time. The after sales service is excellent. Mn. Ronald was very accessible, thought along with us and continued until we were completely satisfied. You are doing well and we certainly recommend you to new customers for dormer windows!

Very annoying. Waited weeks for an appointment and then didn't show up. Handled unprofessional after calling!

A quotation was requested from 3 companies and dakkapellen.pro came out as the cheapest. Then made an appointment with an advisor and immediately felt good about it. Then have the job done to your satisfaction. It is a pity that the insect screens were not installed immediately but were delivered afterwards. Took 2 weeks which is a minor downside. Still 5 stars because of the good service and price.
