Terrible since the acquisition of BCA car is being sold with technical problems and not specified on the site. I had a polo with a clear chain. from BCA I had to have the dealer do a diagnosis. I brought the car to vw dealer and incurred costs. The dealer has found that the chain is defective and must be replaced with a complete set. it is a known problem and importer is present and that has also been passed on to BCA by vw. but unfortunately it does not interest BCA and it did nothing.

Worthless. Car is brought: vending machine broke. Not mentioned on inclusion. Try to tell you that it was not. 2nd car automatic air conditioning defect. Not mentioned on inclusion. Try to tell you that it was not. 3rd car dent, not listed on recording. No words for it. Worst of all is that they do everything to push it off as a deductible and the customer to get their mess done. Do not think about a solution. Worthless.

Since Fleetselect has been taken over by BCA car auction, the service and recording of the car is very poor (amateurish) Very bad service, do not tell the truth, withhold information about the car and do not think along with a solution. No guarantee because everything is according to their wear.

Very bad service they do not tell all the truth about cars, afterwards they make excuses and do not want to take them back
