20-11-2018 Below the biggest excuse you ever heard. Vermeer has not got things right Yesterday we called and ordered a clothes dryer. Today a phone call. The technician removed the heating element from the machine and did not report it. Since that part is more expensive than the machine, delivery can not continue. So, do I have to be the victim of that? No other proposal? Hello Miss. That was it. Unbelieveable.

Vermeer has repaired our dishwasher and our dryer in a professional manner. Both then function well.

Was purchased washing machine that turned out to be in order. I did not get any contact with call sms and or appen. Appointment that was made about repair or collection of defective machine were not fulfilled. All in all misery.
