Great shop, ordered 3 rolls, of which 1 roll of traffic black filamentum, but I got the plasticz variant. Not a problem in itself despite the price difference, but I just called to report that I had received the wrong item. I got on the phone with the friendly owner, who said that the plasticz filament is a non-branded filamentum and that it comes from the same factory. This raised some questions for me, the roll of plasticz says: alpaplastic.com This manufacturer is located in Italy, while filamentum is Czech. It prints fine by the way, but still strange that I am told that I have a non-branded filamentum roll in my hands while that is not the case.
Wide range of filaments, good service and fast delivery. All in all, one of my favorite filament shops. Highly recommended.
Very extensive range of quality filament, very pleasant contact with the owner. Good prices, and quick response via email. No experience with shipping as I live 5 minutes away. If I had known this before .. Top shop!

Pretty much the best service I have ever come across.
I had a printing problem and was immediately called and helped by the owner, de3dprintman.nl (and that is really a guru, that test also for Prusa, among other things) was switched on, and 2 extra roles were sent to me, later I had telephone contact, from his side, whether everything had gone well, nothing was too much for him to get a satisfied customer.
Professional, kind, motivated. Customer friendliness at its best!
