Had requested one day in advance. Price was three times the price. And to supply a carpet it was another 35 euros. Because they had to make way especially. To arrive with a trailer that only contained my stuff. Correct politeness, but make the most of it.

Bad experience with J & J Movers. Shrugging my cargo in Netherlands for shipment to Spain was delayed several times. The reasons given were: breakdown with the truck, medical problems, hospital visits. To make the delivery, which also was delayed several times, is not in danger, I even (ultimately unsuccessfully) booked a new ticket to later return to the Netherlands. In short, my load is never picked up and delivered. Incidentally, regular movers who drive on Spain also use J&J Movers. I do not recommend to go with J & J movers.

I came in contact with J&J Verhuizers Sl / J&J Verhuizers BV via marketplace. Jack / Jan Arends and Jacqueline Snijder have collected my things in the Netherlands for relocation to Spain. At that time everything still seemed fairly professional; All my stuff was carefully loaded and a receipt was neatly written to confirm the loading of my household effects and payment. Unfortunately, delivery in Spain has turned into a nightmare; First of all, delivery was later than agreed, but the worst of all is that part of my stuff was not delivered! Jack Arends / Jan Arends give me various reasons for the fact that some of my things have not been delivered, but none of his stories seem to be correct after verification. New excuses are always invented and Jack Arends / Jan Arends always deviates from his agreements and does not respond to specific questions. I do not have any insight or proof of delivery of my things to date, and we have already been a few weeks away. Are there more people who can share this experience with J&J movers Sl with me? If you want to have your complete household effects delivered to the agreed destination, I strongly advise against working with this company!
