First class scam. Never register as a painter, but differently and paint freely. You will never hear a statement of income via BPT painters' pocket-filler's pension fund when you register at the Chamber of Commerce. No income to give up no payments! See pictures. Paid 450 euros for a month's work and watch fee! Know more question! Rats first class! Don't be afraid and resist.
