Hypocritical male this broker. If you invite a number of brokers to sell your home, Zijlstra appears to charge the highest commission. Fine, but if you don't go into business with him, it turns out that he is spreading falsehoods about your home, also to potential buyers. In addition, this broker distributes unsolicited addressed printed matter despite registration with Postfilter.
