3 times a viewing requested, 1 time rejected, had already been sold. Then it was not sold, made an appointment, canceled 1 day in advance because it was sold anyway. 3 weeks later the building came back on funda, contacted again with the question whether they would like to sell. All very difficult. But now I have received an email ... For your information: I have now found a buyer. It is also very well above the asking price. Whether he determines whether or not someone has money. Very arrogant and inappropriate.

Perrie helped us sell our house. Being able to sell very quickly because our house was very well promoted on social media and Funda, also for an amount above the asking price! Well brought to the attention of interested parties. Perrie was even willing to visit buyers in the evenings. Everything for a quick sale. What more could a buyer want! Planned appointment to view it turns out to be with several people in times of corona. p he does not come along, one of his duo buys companions who smells of alcohol. Do not mention on funda that there is a leasehold on the house, this happened on the day of the viewing via a strange email addressed to someone else. house was for sale as 4 bedrooms while the 3 were with a possibility to realize a 4th and 3 I found too much because the 3rd was a bare attic. After all these things, we couldn't do one make a high offer. after which there never came back. all in all, as a buyer got a very bad impression
