Philippine Postal Corporation - Puerto Princesa City

Why would PP post office put a phone number on their website if it doesn't work at all? FYI phone number is out of service. So backwards and their service is poor! Big delays in deliveries. My parcel hasn't been delivered for 2months now.

I send a registered mail for a company last week of November last year. I now it was not delivered . The tracking history only shows enroute to the delivery office last Dec 11,2020. It is almost 2 months, still my mail was not delivered. Very dismal slow service you show Philpost Palawan.

Staff was helpful and direct straight to the Point. Processing for getting a Postal ID is fast as well. I just dont get this Premium ID and basic ID thing. They have 2 kinds of ID but for what? And the premium ID expires in 3 years and it is so Expensive. That is why im giving 4. Phil post here as well needs a major Cleaning, the entrance for parking may damage your car if its really low.
