The place is getting better and better especially if I am to compare it to some 25 years back when it was just a grandstand. There are basketball, volleyball and tennis courts; a bike/skateboard ramp; exercise bars; lap pool (not working at the time); and lots of green spaces and a few benches for picnics. I left one star unmarked because of the maintenance. Though it is caused by the people who visit the place, there are trash when we went around to stroll -- mostly food and drinks wrappings and containers. 😔

under construction but still a beautiful park for couples and family, I hope people who visit will responsible enough to carry their garbage to protect the cleanliness of the place.

Lipa Community Park is an oasis attached to the crowded city. It is suited for anyone who wants to do some outdoor physical activities, such as jogging playing basketball, tennis, or just walking around. If you are into watersports, there is an Olympic swimming pool for a very affordable entrance. Kids will enjoy a beautiful playground.
