The project seems good, esp with their plan to utilize solar energy in all houses. However, the area is PRONE to flooding. Before buying, one might as well ask the neighboring communities for incidences of flooding. Better be sure than sorry. Buying a house is a lifetime commitment- and one cant back out of it even if he wants to...

The staff are very responsive, ndi ko lang sure if flood free. As I remember I saw the bridge,Sm and metro gate subd even the road was flooded. If they can assure this is flood free I will go and get one unit.

Perfect place for the yuppies to live. Close to the malls, Robinson’s Dept Store and SM. Literally just across a hospital. This is what I call home
