Like any office, private or public, calling is a challenge. I decided to go there and pick up my package as their website states that my parcel has arrived at their office a week ago. I was greeted by the door and asked what help I needed. Within 10 minutes I got my package. Saw how they attended to other people as well. Got packages three times already. In 2012, 2013 and now 2020.

I called to verify a letter that has been sent to me a very long time ago. I track the letter on their website and it shows their that I was supposed to receive that mail around July when I called the post office to check the tracking number the woman ask me to call her after 15 minutes, after that I called her again she told me that they couldn't process it right away because their are a lot of people and ask me to call her again after 10 minutes. I gave her a good amount of time hoping that I can have a good information about my mail. I cold her again but she told me that my package is currently on the mail man and that his the only one who can give me the information about my package, she ask me to call again around 4pm but when I call the her again there was no longer any answer everytime i call my call goes directly to voicemail. This is very unprofessional.

People here is the most laziest people I've ever dealt with. they never pick up the phone during office hours and when you visit them. its much worse.. I will file a complain with the behavior of this people who work here.
