Great thing they developed the place for people to hang out. The marvel heroes statues are great for selfies specially to the kiddies. The place is usally well kept except for the people's vandals and cigarette butts. More power people of Olongapo!

It is a park along the river which is currently under development. I believe that perhaps after a few years the water will be clean and the muddy smell will be gone.
