Lovely place, Wide roads and Nice house.. Although not good if you're going to leave workers when making tiles or bathroom tiles and add ons.

Good location for low cost housing. It's already a community itself - wet markets, groceries (Shopwise and Savemore), clinics, etc. Security guards are diligent but consistent. Depends saang phase ka to say how secured the neighborhood is. But the BIGGEST problem is the water supply. Seriously, admin is not doing anything to castigate Southlink Water, the provider in the entire area. Almost every other day sobrang dumi at baho ng water as if nag back wash every 2 or 3 days. Ni hindi mo maipang ligo or flush ng toilet sa sobrang dumi. It's been months na nirereport namin pero till now wala resolution from Southlink.
