TERRIBLE SERVICE! They opened the 2 letters(1st letter 2017 and 2nd letter 2018) we send from Netherlands, the 2nd letter arrived Dec.15 2018 and they released it February 2019! I would highly not recommend this when it comes to privacy of the package!
