My experience is so Bad, if you check their office hour on their site their open, you arrive its close they never update their site, in short never trust what ever they post especially if you travel 3hours to go to their office and you end up nothing what a waste.

LONG LONG WAIT...I UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THIS TIME EVERYONE IN PANIC TO GET A FLIGHT OUT AND IN BACOLOD...STILL NEED MORE PEOPLE TO WORK IN THE COUNTER..
