Great service. I usually only get 2 months at a time, but with covid they are allowing 6. 6 month tourist ext cost me 6930, including a 2500 express fee. The express fee was 2000 last time, so that's gone up. I've never been able to avoid the express fee, its just part of the system.

Today I extend my visa there. Service is good and very fast. Security also helped me with filling out the paperwork. Unfortunately I keep some money in my passport for backup in emergency, but after I received my passport back the money was gone. So I ask them where that money go, but most of the employees arguing with me that I don’t have money there and maybe I lost it somewhere (I know where I put my money and I’m not a clumsy or messy person) they also said that I don’t have any proof that they have it and they questioning me that why I put money in my passport (it’s my money so I can put it everywhere I want) and it seems that I was wrong because I put some money on my passport (it wasn’t gone if someone don’t get it). Of course it was my fault to put money there but still they shouldn’t took it because they are government employee, they have proper job and have good salary so they shouldn’t do that. And of course I know one them took it so I ask if they have camera inside and they said they don’t have (impossible?! Some people there said they have) and I know they won’t admit it because it gonna be shame for all of them. So guys be aware, don’t keep money or important things in your passport

Employee officer friends are very friendly, respectful and likes to help people. they do your transactions quickly without any difficulty thank you all

This is the worst Immigration office for visiting foreign guests I have ever visited. Staff is RUDE, and there is always some slow crisis at their office. If you go there, be ready to wait and be ready to be treated poorly. I wonder how these staff would feel if they were ever treated as rudely if they travel international. Maybe they would be nicer to people. Go to Bacolod city. The staff there is much friendlier and the office is ran professionally, not like the Iloilo office.
