The place is very accessible and receptionist is accommodating and friendly,its just the room needs to be improved most especially the toilet.

Pros: >Quick and easy booking online. >Fast check-in process. >Staff are friendly. Cons: >The room could use some improvements. >Cabinet, table and nightstand are a little damaged and dirty. >Linen and blanket are thin. >Pillows are small and flat. >The shower pressure is weak and rusty. >Insects are present in the room. >We experienced intermittent power outage during our stay. >Loud random alarm triggers every now and then and events on their function hall might wake you up in the morning. We were situated on the second floor. >WiFi doesn't work in the room. >Air-condition is weak. >Massage place is not open as advertised. It said it was open until 2 AM but when we went there at 12 AM they were already closed.

Good service, poor internet connection, air conditioning was too loud! And bathrooms were not really clean and cold water only....

This is by far the most disgusting and the staff are not accommodating at all. I had asked for help when it comes to the wifi because I had to work and they did nothing about it. I had to work in the lobby until morning. Japo the guy from the reception only said sorry without any attempt on fixing the issue.

Good vslue of red doorz through Agoda. Paid 500. Service not good though
