Cabalen is supposed to be one of the top Filipino Restaurants here in Bacolod. During dinning you'll have to ask the waiters to fill up the food that was on display, particularly the Sizzling Tofu and the Kare-Kare. Desserts are also missing. This Restaurant is operating in mediocrity.

Cabalen serves eat all you can Kapampangan cuisine all day long. It is located at the mall so it's very convenient for everyone. Price is okay. Problem is, a lot of their dishes are very rich, flavorful, and oily--just the way it should be, so people with health problems should eat sparingly. But I like it that their food is flavorful and for the price that you are paying, it's worth it. It's just not worth for my kids who eat very little.
