SLOW SERVICE. I already had applied for my postal ID 5 months ago. Tpos nung kukunin kona wala padaw. Nagpalit daw kasi ng ng compu so nawala files. Okay. Reasonable. But the thing is They NEVER DID THEIR BEST to CONTACT me. I badly need the ID . They deserve bad reviews.

I sent a mail from Hawaii for my brother that supposed to be a Christmas present. The mail was sent on 27 of November 2017 and did not get there til 26 of January 2018. It took two months and lots of phone calls to USPS and filed a complaint. The reason I am writing this is because my brother has to pay 120 pesos when they delivered the mail, which doesn’t make any sense at all because I have already payed the shipping. Where is the 120 pesos is going? I want to contact the corporate but they do not have any contact information. Somebody need to check this matter. Very disappointed!

The employees are complaining here. Most of them .. you'll shout. We pay you taxes. You don't even have people in government working. Looks!
