I was about to receive a package from USPS but the package was not delivered to my address. To get it as soon as possible I had to pick it up from the postal office and they asked for my ID, tracking no., and made me pay a storage fee of Php 112.00. They said, it was not delivered to my address because the mailman is busy! This isn't fair! The package was paid as a priority mail and it must be delivered door to door! Why does the Philippine Postal Office is so embarrassing?
