Packages and parcels gets stuck here for months and they keep giving the same excuse of "next week" until you give up. Staffs are dismissive and will tell you the package is not yet there the moment you ask them and dont even bother to check the tracking number.

Still not receiving my UMID card, accdg to SSS it was packed and released to this office on January 26,2019! But until now NO UMID card!its already March!how long it takes to claim my UMID? I need that card soon guys!!
