2 hours in a queue for checkin, its the only flight for the whole day, hard to understand.

no answering of your phone immediately,. kindly please pick up the phone and make it answer. Just like me Im from agency and I would like to ask if how to make Manage booking to your airline but I get nothing from your staff, one of them answers my call but she ask me if I can call back 1:30 this afternoon. when I get back to call again your phone is (not yet in service), (cannot be completed at dial please check the number and dial again). Thank you!

DO NOT transfer here if you don’t visit Philippines! (I don’t want to say don’t visit here because Pilipinos that I know are all really nice people but the processes at this airport are so messed up and some staff here are horrible horrible horrible) You will thank me for this.

Best airline ever... never got free upgrades though but other people does all the time.
