I missed my fight because other national carrier made a lot mistakes with the flight organisation and my luggage... But When I came to KUWAIT Airline office in the Terminal 1, Level 4 ( that's above the check in hall)... They were soooooo friendly and helpful... They gave me all needed informations and we're soooooo caring that I lost all my madness very fast. My regular flight was a very, very cheap ticket. So I must pay an additional fee, that was clear... But the customer help care (somewhere in the city of Makati) managed everything in cooperation with the airport office. I AM SO, SO, SO THANKFUL TO ALL OF THEM OF THE CREW There was the nice lady desc manager (she was the contactperson between chc-center and me), all the nice ladies they feed me with their own food and also the very friendly chinese F&B manager, who serve excellent coffee and cookies... GUYS YOU DID THE PERFECT JOB THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH.
