Bad service. They will never contact you or notify you when the delivery staff will be arriving. Really really worst service.

Actually, he is fast. (once ship from Manila, only 12hrs, gensan arrives then delivered to Polomolok after 24hrs). It only takes a long time from manila to gensan. Also, their website is not updating real time.
