You should include your list to visit this place. It was worth it because I was able to seen and witnessed the culture where I can't imagine how they could make the coffins hang on the rock. Thumbs up to the local governments for preserving this area and culture.

It was a long walk down and up passing trails to reach the other mountain yet it was all worthy. The journey was filled with historical and cultural information that gave us understanding of the place deeper.

What I admire in place, aside from the eerie scenery is the semi-preserved tradition, culture, and beliefs of the people in Sagada. Great place to take a glimpse of Philippine history and traditions.

You should start early in the morning.

This is the way going to the hanging coffins. Takes about an hour going there and back. It's a long journey so bring water. Make sure you also dont need ro use the rest room prior to the trek. I'd recommend doing the rock climbing (500 or less) coz the hanging coffins felt a little short of what I was expecting to see.
